He is moving on to new pursuits after successfully graduating High School Lay May. We here at the STXDCG Staff wish him well and all of God's blessings in his future endeavors. South Texas District Color Guard Royal Ranger's Drill & Ceremony

Welcome to the South Texas District Color Guard web site. We want to take you into a vision that was given to Commander Lupe Salazar not so long ago.

Imagine yourself in a room without any doors and you are in the center of it. This is were Commander Lupe found himself. At this time he got onto his knees and prayed and asked the Lord, "What would you have me do with my life and where do you want me to go?   Lead me of Lord."

Commander Lupe slowly looked up to see doors appear all around him. There were so many doors and his question still remained unanswered. He asked himself this question, "Where did the Lord want him to go?"

After waiting a while one of the paths that the Lord had chosen for Commander Lupe strongly stuck out to him. That path was the Royal Ranger Color Guard Ministry. A ministry that held so much and contained so much potential to reach, teach and keep boys for Christ that the Lord continues to open doors pertaining to this divine path.

You might ask if this is a good choice, the answer to that question is a definitive YES!. Commander Lupe and the entire South Texas District Color Guard Staff are honored that God would choose all of us to oversee and to provide leadership in this ministry.

Now, we pray that we are able to encourage everyone to share in this vision. We trust in GOD that He will not only give all of us the words, strength and diligence to fully execute into action that which He has placed in Commander Lupe's and our hearts to do.

We are ready to fulfill God's ministry mission. May we have His Blessing to show others the blessings and rewards that He has in store for our Rangers.
